We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or replacements once the product is sold and delivered.
All our products are custom-made as per the customer’s specific requirements. Hence, once manufactured and delivered, they are not eligible for return under any condition.

Vishakha Furniture follows a strict “No Refund” policy.
Once a payment is made and the order is confirmed, no refund request will be entertained, including in cases of:

Delays due to external logistics issues

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the production hasn’t started.
Once customization or production begins, cancellation is not allowed.

All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after the completion of the customized product.
Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability:
Metro & Tier 1 Cities – 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
Other Areas – 5 to 10 business days depending on pin code and serviceability
